Because Bac Trung Nam Housing Development Joint Stock Company cooperates with Mien Dong Joint Stock Company – Infrastructure Investment
The project is located on the extended Dong Khoi Street, right next to Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai.
Project legal:
– Thanh Phu concentrated residential area project was granted investment certificate No. 47121000117 by Dong Nai Province People’s Committee on June 16, 2018.
– The People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province approved the detailed construction planning of 1/500 according to Decision No. 3628 / QD-UBND dated October 24, 2007.
– The People’s Committee of Dong Nai province decided to allocate land in the first phase to implement the project according to Decision No. 173 / QD-UBND dated January 19, 2010.
– The second phase of Dong Nai People’s Committee decided to allocate land to implement the project under Decision No. 2982 / QD-UBND dated September 18, 2013.
Project scale:
– Total project area: 487,940 m2, with 1,631 townhouses, full of social infrastructure, schools, markets, bus stations
+ Residential land: 201,222 m2
+ Land for public works: 50,199 m2
+ Land for green parks: 41,214 m2
+ Isolate greenery land: 7,759 m2
+ Waste water treatment station land: 400 m2
+ Reserve land: 2,317 m2
+ Land for transportation: 184,829 m2
– Population size: about 6,936 people
Currently, the project has completed the first phase of infrastructure, and is under construction of the second phase. Expected to be completed in 2019.
