– Tan Ha Residential Project was approved by the People’s Committee of Lam Dong Province under the Decision No. 2122 / QD-UBND dated October 2, 2015.
– Was approved by Lam Ha District People’s Committee to approve the 1/500 detailed planning project under Decision No. 3663 / QD-UBND dated December 8, 2015.
– Lam Dong People’s Committee decided to allocate land to implement the project according to Decision No. 703 / QD-UBND dated April 13, 2018.

– Attached houses with garden: 53 units, area: 5.338 m2
– Houses adjacent to the street: 32 apartments, area: 2,712 m2
– Infrastructure, service infrastructure land: 7,790 m2
