Specifically, according to HoREA, recently on Facebook, there were fake pages of HoREA, claiming to be HoREA for real estate brokerage, offering, especially land plots in Ho Chi Minh City and some provinces. nearby, showing signs of cheating on customers and may result in fraud or damage to the customer.

HoREA’s representative affirmed that the Association did not conduct any business, including real estate business and real estate brokerage.

Therefore, HoREA recommends businesses and citizens to be wary of fake HoREA Facebook pages, to avoid fraud or damage. HoREA also requested the Department of Information and Communications to consider and handle fake HoREA Facebook pages in accordance with the law.

Previously, HoREA said that the situation of land lot distribution rampant and virtual fever prices in some localities including Ho Chi Minh City have appeared.

Many agricultural land, rubber trees, and land not planned as residential land, have been illegally divided into plots to sell land and land, leading to fraud and damage to many people. huge, causing disturbance and disorder, disrupting the local urban development planning and obstructing large project investors due to the high price of land.

The culprits of the “virtual fever” of land prices and the situation of illegal sale of plots are mainly the middlemen, the storks and a few “rogue” real estate enterprises, collectively called the middlemen. use of customers’ ignorance or information and in some cases colluding with a number of grassroots government officials, or in some cases loosening state management by the grassroots government locality.

Facing this situation, the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee has sent a document to the Department of Construction, the City Inspectorate and the District People’s Committee about strengthening inspection and supervision for the state management of construction order in the locality. city ​​table.
